Pests are a nuisance and a health risk in any building.
An infestation is usually found late, once it has spread past the room you first saw it in.
In Lebanon the pressure has its own causes: rubbish collection that keeps being interrupted, water stored in tanks because the mains cannot be relied on, and buildings still cracked from the port blast.
So the useful question is rarely which product to spray. It is where the pest is getting in and what is feeding it.
That is where we start, before anyone quotes you for a visit.

Our Most Requested Services
We work back from the flies to the drain, bin or wet waste producing them, then treat the room and screen the way in.
Shop-bought bait fails against much of the local mouse population. We identify the species, trap, seal the way in and come back.
Steam and a vacuum clear the bed, a residual goes into the frame joints, and a second visit catches the eggs that hatch afterwards.

Every job runs in the same three steps, whatever the pest is, and the order is what makes the result hold.
Step 1: We inspect before anything is treated
We walk the property and find where the pest is living, what it is feeding on and how it is getting in.
Step 2: You see the plan before we start
You are told what goes down and where, how long we need, and what to do about children, pets, food and aquariums before we arrive.
Step 3: Treatment, then the follow-up
We treat, seal the way back in, and return where the pest calls for it. Kitchens are baited rather than sprayed.
